Chen is a Director with Deloitte, specialising in aircraft leasing and financial services.
Chen has extensive experience in working with range of clients in aviation leasing, securitisation and corporate treasury industries. Chen regularly advises on cross border leasing transactions, the establishment of leasing platforms, M&A tax structuring and due diligence.
Chen has also been actively involved in managing the corporate tax obligations of a number of large aircraft leasing groups, securitisation vehicles and Plc groups.
Chen is native Mandarin speaker.
