Camilla is a senior Financial Crimes, Compliance and Risk Professional with over 25 years’ experience helping private and public sector organisations understand and address their risks and make practical trade-offs to drive operational and risk effectiveness.

Camilla has led teams in Europe, the Nordics, the Americas (North and South) and Asia and has led multiple build and remediation programmes across various financial and non-financial risk domains.  Previously Camilla has held the roles of Global Head of Financial Crime Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer at systemically important financial institutions.  Camilla also has extensive experience in the payments sector, having led a global corporate deposits and payments business, advised payments startups, and been a member of the Board of Advisors of Women in Payments.

Having been on the business and risk side of the same issues, Camilla understands how to create value through integration and simplification. She develops strategies that balance the business, public policy, and risk imperative, leveraging data and control programme investments to drive business results.
