Brian O’Connor is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Operations Transformation Consulting practice. Brian has extensive project and programme management experience across both public and private sector clients, delivering strategic transformation programmes.
Over the past 9 years with Deloitte, he has developed signifanct knowledge and skills in the areas of service design, innovation, operating model design & transformation, and system implementation.
Brian is currently working with the Courts Service of Ireland, supporting delivery of their 10 year modernisation programme. Here he is leading out Deloitte’s work on Family Law Reform, Customer Service, and Innovation.
Prior to working with the Courts Service, Brian supported a number of other Irish public sector clients on several strategic programmes, including operating model design, and strategic demand forecasting.
Brian has also been involved in engagements across a number of financial services firms, including the roll-out of an integrated Anti-Money Laundering software solution across both an Irish and UK bank, as well as a transformational discovery programme for a Bank to identify key strategic initiatives to improve how they do business, as well as a number of other short and medium term engagements.
