Aziz is a Partner in Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory leading the Valuation and Business Modelling practice. With a focus on helping clients understand and unlock long-term value, he brings deep technical expertise and commercial insight to guide organisations through complex valuation matters.
He advises on the valuation of businesses, equity and debt instruments, and a wide range of intangible assets—including intellectual property, software platforms, brands, and aviation assets—for financial reporting, tax, transaction, and strategic decision-making purposes. Aziz has significant experience in technology, life sciences and aviation finance, supporting multinational clients on cross-border IP migrations, acquisition accounting, tax authority reviews, and valuations linked to emerging digital and AI-enabled business models. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, Aziz brings more than 20 years of international experience. He previously worked across the Middle East before relocating to Ireland in 2016.
