Aoife is a Director within the Finance & Performance practice of Consulting where she leads the Global Business Services team in Consulting. She has 10 years’ experience and has been involved and led a range of finance function transformation projects , specialising in finance operating model and shared services design and implementation.
Her roles and responsibilities on these projects included programme and project management, shared service/ centre of excellence design and implementation, process design and optimisation, target operating model design and implementation, finance function organisation design and recruitment, migration coordination, ERP systembusiness readiness and delivery lead, and operational readiness.
She has been involved in the full spectrum of the shared services project life cycle encompassing each project phase - assess, design, build, implement and optimise, with a range of clients in both the private and public sectors.
