Andrea is a Senior Tax Manager in the Corporate Tax Department of Deloitte, Dublin. She is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Chartered Tax Adviser (AITI) with over eight years’ experience in tax with a particular focus on financial services and international tax clients. She provides corporate tax advice to a wide range of multinationals and domestic Irish clients on issues including Irish company set ups, IP planning strategies, cash pooling, leasing, finance planning, cross border M&A, IPO’s, securitization, structured finance & banking specific tax matters. She has also held tax advisory and tax accounting roles across all tax heads in industry dealing with the tax affairs of multinational groups based across numerous jurisdictions.
