Aisléan is a Business Tax advisory partner with more than twenty years’ UK tax experience. She is based in Belfast and focuses on the Northern Ireland market.
Aisléan advises on business and group restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, financing structures, entry into new territories, new contracts and business models, tax strategy and the consequences of tax law changes. She works with clients across a number of industries, including technology, energy & resources, food & agri and consumer. Before joining Deloitte Ireland, Aisléan spent more than 18 years with Deloitte UK advising domestic and multinational companies on UK corporate and international tax matters.
Aisléan graduated with First Class LLB (Hons) Law and Accounting from Queens University, Belfast. She is a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) and a Chartered Tax Adviser (Chartered Institute of Taxation).
