Subit is a Principal in Deloitte’s SAP Practice and serves as the Market Offering Leader for our US SAP Supply Chain Mgmt. Practice. He specializes in advising companies on Supply Chain Mgmt., IT roadmap strategies, ERP business case development as well as planning, managing & delivering global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. Drawing on his industry & consulting experience, Subit serves as an advisor to senior executives on applying innovations leveraging latest technology from SAP. These efforts have helped organizations drive R&D spend optimization, reduce working capital, and maximize supply chain operational efficiencies. His areas of expertise include re-engineering processes across Supply Chain Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Sales & Service capabilities. He has worked with companies of all sizes across the Life Sciences/Medical Devices, Consumer Products, F&B, Industrial Products & Chemicals, Automotive & Semiconductor Hi-tech manufacturing sectors. Subit is also a frequent speaker at numerous SAP conferences and Universities on topics related to SCM process and technology transformations.

Vadhi Narasimhamurti is Deloitte's Global SAP Offering Leader, based in New York, USA. Vadhi is a well-versed Principal in Deloitte's global firm, as he was previously the Global SAP Supply Chain leader and has worked with most member firms as the Global LEP for some of our largest SAP accounts. Over the course of the 20 years that Vadhi has been in the US firm, he has played various leadership roles around Supply chain, Delivery Transformation, Sales Excellence, etc., however, Vadhi gets most excited about working cross-functionally and cross-border to sell large business transformation programs for our key global clients. His leadership is truly influential in supporting Global deals, engagements and guiding our global SAP operations.
