As the Global Oracle Health lead for Deloitte Health, Hashim coordinates the Oracle Health activities across both Payer and Provider globally including Cerner, OHI and ERP. Throughout his career Hashim has led numerous Finance and Transformation projects at some of Deloitte’s largest healthcare Payer and Provider clients, including leading redesign of the finance function, operating models, shared services, systems design and implementation as well as process automation and optimization. He was also responsible for the Healthcare industry quality management program across all projects and clients. Focusing on developing key insights and operational metrics to help identify and manage risk on complex engagements.
