"Nishita currently serves as the Global Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for our Amazon relationship and is responsible for the global strategy, positioning and performance of the 360° alliance and account across the sell-with/build-with, sell-to, and buy-from dimensions of our relationship with all Amazon businesses. Prior to her current role, Nishita served as the US Consulting Chief Innovation Officer and New Business Innovation leader where she drove the innovation agenda, built, scaled, and operated new hybrid businesses. Nishita also serves as our US National Women & Allies Leader where she is focused on championing programs focused on recruiting, retaining, and advancing women across our industry. Nishita has more than 20 years of experience in Technology and Strategy consulting and specializes in Digital and Customer Strategy, CIO Strategy, Technology Modernization, and Business Transformation. Her experience spans defense, intelligence, health care, transportation, technology, and manufacturing industries. She holds an MBA from Darden, University of Virginia, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute."

Jim leads value-creating activities for the Global Deloitte and AWS relationship. He draws on his extensive experience to maximize client impact by aligning Deloitte’s and AWS’ combined strengths to tackle even the largest and most complex challenges.

United States Lead Alliance Partner AWS JB McGinnis is the lead alliance partner for Deloitte’s Amazon/AWS business. He is responsible for driving innovative and transformative solutions to the marketplace and broadening our footprint across functions, offering portfolios, and industries. JB also drives go-to-market expansion beyond AWS to many other Amazon businesses, including Amazon Ads, Just Walk Out, Amazon Health, and Alexa. Prior to the role, JB led efforts to grow and differentiate the Deloitte Cloud practice across all sectors within Deloitte Consulting. He is responsible for the leadership and development of the US-based Cloud Executives program. JB also leads the firm’s Cloud “Refuse to Lose” deals to ensure Deloitte is best positioned in the market and with AWS. While his allegiance is to the US firm, JB leans in globally to activate new regions. Prior to joining Deloitte, JB was a principal for a “Born in the Cloud” organization that was the first premier partner to AWS. During this time, he helped enterprises at all stages of the cloud journey adopt AWS. JB graduated from James Madison University with multiple degrees. He resides at the beach in Rumson, New Jersey, with his wife, Carla, and four daughters, Emilia, Lina, Jayla, and Jacee. In his spare time, JB enjoys volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, Publicolor, and within his local community. He is also an avid offshore fisherman and is working to turn his property into an active, modern farm.

EMEA Lead Alliance Partner AWS Richard Nunan is a Partner in the Deloitte NSE Cloud Engineering team, the lead partner for Deloitte’s AWS alliance in Ireland as well as the AWS Solution leader for Cloud Transformation across Deloitte’s FSI clients in the EMEA region. He has more than 25 years’ experience in delivering ICT Programs and is a trusted advisor in the areas of application modernization, analytics, and cloud. Working as an AWS collaborator for more than 8 years, Richard has developed a large set of clients, building relationships with C-Suite, senior management, and key client stakeholders in industries such as aviation, telecommunications, public sector, and financial services. At Deloitte, he specializes in assisting clients in their digital and cloud transformation programs and has been instrumental in assisting several public sector and FSI clients on their cloud journeys. Richard is a graduate of Maynooth University and is secretary of the Irish Mountain Running Association (IMRA).

APAC Lead Alliance Partner AWS Jae Lee’s main role is to strengthen alliances with AWS in APAC consulting and maximize synergies and value by promoting cross-border collaboration with global AP member companies. By collaborating with both global and AP companies, he contributes to the growth of the DTC business and helps revitalize the ecosystem and alliance. Prior to joining DTC, he held various leadership positions at professional services firms in the US, focusing on strategy, operations, ecosystems and alliances, and transformation management within the high-tech and insurance industries. With more than 22 years of experience in industry and management consulting, he provides strategy and operations consulting to drive complex business transformations. He also has extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic solutions for enterprise-wide transformation, program and project management, and operational improvement and optimization.

Canada Lead Alliance Partner AWS Paul is Deloitte’s Global Clients and Industry Leader for Risk Advisory, responsible for developing our industry focused partners in client service excellence. He has over 25 years of experience advising companies on risk advisory matters, including digital transformation, asset management, cyber security, sustainability, energy trading, enterprise and operational risk management. In addition, Paul is the Global Client Service Partner for Husky Energy Inc., an international energy company based in Canada with operations across North America and Asia.
