The Deloitte Global Public Policy team engages on some of today’s most important socioeconomic matters facing business, government, and society, helping to inform the policy debate and bring clarity to the interconnected challenges facing the world.
The unique breadth of Deloitte’s businesses, and the perspectives gained through our people, communities, and the work of Deloitte firm practitioners, informs our policy activities. Working collectively with the Deloitte Global Strategy and Deloitte Global Innovation teams, Deloitte Global Public Policy contributes insights to inform and amplify Deloitte’s broader strategic and business interests, while demonstrating Deloitte’s unwavering commitment to the public interest.
Some of our strategic policy focus areas include, for example:
- Artificial intelligence (AI), data, and emerging technology
- Corporate reporting and the role of audit and assurance
- Trade, tax, and tariffs
- Energy and sustainability
Deloitte Global Public Policy supports engagement with key stakeholders within economies and supranational organizations, including the:
- Group of 20 (G20), which includes the Business 20 (B20);
- Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), including Business at OECD (BIAC)
- Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC)
