We saw the world come together for Paris 2024, where Team Deloitte athletes competed in nine sports, representing eight countries. From medals earned to personal bests, Team Deloitte inspired each of us to chase our own possibilities.

Jenny Lyons (née Owens) OLY, Deloitte Australia

Jenny Lyons is the three-time Olympian, skier and senior consultant coming out of retirement to make a comeback at 47 years old and prove that age is just a number. When she’s not on the slopes, at home with family, training, or using her experience to uplift women’s sport, Jenny is helping athletes reach new heights in business at Deloitte. Kenny M’Pindou, Deloitte Canada

After pivoting dreams from the soccer pitch to the bobsled track in 2021, Kenny M’Pindou is the bobsledder and cyber analyst thinking strategically to stay ahead of the curve—in business and in sport. When he’s not digging into the latest tech insights, Kenny is sharing how sport has allowed him to embrace his speech impediment and is working to help raise awareness and create safe spaces for the stutter community with local youth advocacy programs. Role: Cyber analyst  Sport: Bobsleigh National team: Canada  Past Olympic Winter Games: First-time hopeful

Luke Puto, Deloitte Canada 

After a tragic bus accident left Luke Puto and his community in Humboldt, Saskatchewan grieving, Luke found inspiration in the realization that life is precious and decided to try something that had always piqued his interest: bobsleigh. With big dreams, a competitive itch, and commitment to continual self-improvement, Luke is now one step closer to qualifying for the Olympic Winter Games. When he’s not driving results on the bobsled track, Luke is helping Deloitte Canada clients stay on track. Claire Dunne (née Bergin) OLY, Deloitte Ireland

Claire Dunne is the multi-sport Olympian and Deloitte Ireland people and purpose strategic projects lead helping Deloitte people make an impact that matters in their communities and with clients, so we can each make progress. Jules Lefebvre is the snowboarder and technology and transformation analyst using the specialist knowledge he’s acquired working in artificial intelligence and data, alongside the agility he mastered on the slopes, to help clients unlock progress in business. Beyond his work at Deloitte, Jules is passionate about sharing his experience with younger athletes to help grow the snowboarding community. Mirabelle Thovex OLY, Deloitte Switzerland

Mirabelle Thovex is the snowboarder and three-time Olympian using the passion, determination, strategic thinking and teamwork she mastered on in sport to help clients harness the power of together as a technology and transformation analyst at Deloitte Switzerland. Even though she’s no longer carving up the mountain in competition, Mirabelle is still making an impact within the snowboarding community through teaching and helping train the next generation of instructors. John Whitney PLY, Deloitte US 

 John Whitney is the para-alpine skier and Paralympian using precise analysis and strategic thinking to help Deloitte US clients identify and mitigate challenges with pragmatic solutions. Despite hanging up his competition bib, John continues to make an impact by bringing the same qualities he’s admired in coaches and mentors throughout his sporting career to his teams at Deloitte.
