  • Insights from ISG to analyze the life sciences digital service provider landscape and its impact in the current market

The purpose of the ISG Provider Lens™ Digital Services Survey is to evaluate and compare technology service providers across specific digital transformation categories. This ISG Provider Lens® quadrant study includes the following components service providers: Clinical Development, Patient Engagement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, Pharmacovigilance and Regulatory Affairs - Digital Evolution, and Commercial Operations – Digital Evolution. In addition to enabling clients to evaluate potential technology service providers, this study also provides ISG advisors and enterprise clients information to evaluate their existing vendor relationships and potential engagements. We are proud to announce that for the third time, Deloitte has been positioned as a Leader in all five quadrants of the ISG Provider Lens® Life Sciences Digital Services 2026.

“Running the most critical parts of a life sciences business isn't just about keeping the lights on — it's about transforming how work gets done across every part of the value chain. Our clients face relentless pressure to do more with less, without compromising quality or compliance, and we bring the deep business expertise and operational muscle to meet that challenge head-on. From IT infrastructure to core operations, we reimagine how organizations run, delivering differentiated experiences and efficiencies that create lasting impact,” says Ryan Osborne, Deloitte US Life Sciences Operate leader.

The report highlighted how “Deloitte helps generate FAIR clinical data through modern architecture, data management, eSource, RBQM, automated mapping and multi-modal integration.
