For this Magic Quadrant, Gartner evaluated nine providers in the supply chain strategy, planning and operations consulting market. This is the first time Gartner has published this report examining supply chain strategy, planning and operations consulting services, and Deloitte has been named as a Leader in this inaugural report.

“Supply chain sits at the heart of how Deloitte firm clients compete, grow, and build resilience and can be central to enterprise strategy and value creation. To us, this recognition underscores the industry depth, strategic insight, and market-leading capabilities Deloitte brings to helping organizations transform at the center of their business. From end-to-end network optimization to AI-enabled operations and digital transformation, Deloitte is helping supply chain and operations leaders navigate complexity, strengthen resilience, and unlock lasting enterprise value,” says Jennifer Brown, US and Global Supply Chain and Network Operations leader, Deloitte Consulting LLP.

The Gartner® Magic Quadrant for Supply Chain Strategy, Planning and Operations Consulting 2026 provides a graphical competitive positioning of four types of providers: Leaders, Visionaries, Niche Players and Challengers, in markets where growth is high and provider differentiation is distinct. This report helps individuals be educated on the supply chain strategy, planning and operations consulting market, competing providers and their ability to deliver on what end users may require today and in the future.

"We believe being named a Leader in this Magic Quadrant is validation that our global footprint is not just broad, but it is differentiated. Across Europe and major markets we serve, Deloitte brings a consistency of methodology and quality that few can match at scale. Some may see regional presence as a constraint; we see it as a competitive advantage. We believe that our ability to combine global intelligence with the nuanced, on-the-ground experience that clients often demand when navigating complex, cross-border supply chain challenges sets us apart," says Paul Delesalle, EMEA Supply Chain and Network Operations leader, Deloitte Consulting LLP.

We think our recognition in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Supply Chain Strategy, Planning and Operations Consulting 2026 highlights that Deloitte is dedicated to ensuring Deloitte firm clients are not just equipped for today’s supply chain challenges but positioned for the future.

“In our opinion, being cited as a Leader in the Gartner Supply Chain Magic Quadrant is recognition of Deloitte’s continued investment in the future of supply chain. It reinforces something we’ve believed for a long time: supply chain strategy can be the bridge between big enterprise goals and real operational impact. At Deloitte, we’re focused not just on what Deloitte firm clients need today, but on building the capabilities, technologies, and talent that help them stay ahead tomorrow. We believe that this recognition reflects both the innovation in our work and the important role supply chain plays in helping companies compete and win,” says Kelsey Carvell, Supply Chain and Network Operations Strategy and Innovation Marketing Offering leader, Deloitte Consulting LLP.

To us, this recognition underscores the industry depth, strategic insight, and market-leading capabilities Deloitte brings to helping organizations transform at the center of their business.
