Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Experience Services 2025

Deloitte continues its position as a Leader for the second year in a row in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Experience Services.

The Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Digital Experience Services report provides a graphical competitive positioning of four types of technology providers: Leaders, Visionaries, Niche Players and Challengers, in markets where growth is high and provider differentiation is distinct. This report helps you to get quickly educated about the digital services market, competing technology providers and their ability to deliver on what end users require today and in the future.

In this Magic Quadrant, Gartner evaluated 17 providers in the digital experience services market. This is the second time Gartner published this report examining digital services, and Deloitte has been once again named as a Leader and has been positioned highest on the "Ability to Execute" Axis. Deloitte was also positioned furthest on the “Completeness of Vision” axis.
