Key highlights:
New York, NY, 24 September 2026 — Deloitte today reported aggregate global revenue of US$74.5 billion for the fiscal year ending 31 May 2026 (FY2026), a 3.8% increase in local currency and 5.7% increase in USD from FY2025.
“In a time of rapid change and technology-fueled disruption, organizations around the world continue to place their trust in Deloitte to successfully navigate this historic reshaping of markets and industries,” says Joe Ucuzoglu, Deloitte Global CEO. “Deloitte is unlocking AI’s potential through a people-led, AI-powered approach that is grounded in trust, integrity, and professional excellence.”
Powering the next wave of transformation with AI and advanced technologies
Deloitte is investing deeply in our people, platforms, AI alliances, and business models. This includes a US$3 billion investment through 2030 to modernize delivery and operations across all our businesses and bring new products and offerings to market that enable end-to-end transformation.
Anchored in Deloitte’s Trustworthy AI™ framework, our approach helps organizations harness AI responsibly as they enter new markets; adapt to evolving regulatory and business constraints; transform core operations; address complex accounting, auditing, and reporting matters; and reimagine their tax and legal functions.
We are continuing to expand our Agentic AI capabilities in collaboration with our ecosystem of alliances and technology relationships. This includes Zora AI™ by Deloitte, our global agentic AI platform engineered with NVIDIA that deploys a digital workforce within client environments to enable organizations to simplify operations, enhance productivity, and unlock value through intelligent decision-making.
The surge in AI adoption is also driving unprecedented demand for robust, enterprise-grade infrastructure. In response, Deloitte is helping clients accelerate and manage their AI journeys through Silicon2Service, including expanding AI Factory-as-a-Service capabilities, developed with our ecosystem of alliances to rapidly prototype, deploy, and scale secure AI solutions. In addition, Deloitte’s global AI Infrastructure Center of Excellence enables clients to move from concept to production with greater speed, resilience, and control.
We are also extending our capabilities into Physical AI with Robotics2Service—bridging digital and real-world environments through simulation, computer vision, and robotics. This includes an expanded collaboration to develop next-generation solutions powered by NVIDIA Omniverse, allowing clients to simulate complex physical environments, optimize operations, and deploy intelligent physical systems with greater confidence.
Our market momentum is further reinforced by continued industry recognition. Deloitte was honored as the NVIDIA NPN Global Consulting Partner of the Year 2026 for the fifth consecutive year and received six Google Cloud Partner of the Year awards.
Strengthening operational excellence and resilience
Deloitte builds continuous advantage into clients’ business operations by delivering next-generation Operate services that orchestrate AI, strengthen resilience, and help organizations operate with greater agility and control.
Our work as the Worldwide Technology Integration Partner for the International Olympic Committee (IOC) exemplifies Deloitte’s ability to bring the scale, experience, and multidisciplinary capabilities that help clients keep pace with change and focus on long-term performance. At the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, Deloitte collaborated across an ecosystem of IOC partners to build systems and technology that continually help make the Games smarter and more sustainable. Working around the clock across venues and systems, Deloitte teams monitored operations, mitigated cyber threats, and enabled the critical technology behind the Games, including providing 1.5 million venue access check scans and mobilizing 18,000 volunteers. As a result of our work, there were zero significant technology disruptions to the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games across 31 days of competition.
This past year saw significant growth and innovation within Deloitte’s Operate services, including the launch of new cross-business solutions and offerings, such as the Cyber Attack Surface Management service that assesses and strengthens clients’ tech environments to protect and enhance organizational resilience; and the Future of Airlines solution, which leverages SAP and Oracle platforms for scalable airline operations transformation and modernization.

Our approach to our workplace is guided by our global Purpose and Shared Values, which underpin our distinctive Deloitte culture. We are committed to keeping our people at the core of the AI transformation.
In FY2026, our learning and development (L&D) direct investment totaled nearly US$700 million globally, and we delivered over 23 million formal training hours for our people. Our technology-based reskilling and upskilling focuses on AI, cloud, and cybersecurity to meet Deloitte clients’ needs today and support the workforce of the future, with training grounded in the responsible use of AI. To support our people-led, AI-powered approach, we have enabled a robust ecosystem of AI tools across Deloitte’s global network to drive productivity transformation, engineering acceleration, and enterprise automation, with extensive AI upskilling of our professionals.
Our focus on L&D is also reflected in our ongoing investments in Deloitte University (DU), an immersive environment designed to provide customized learning, collaboration, and innovation experiences for Deloitte people, as well as Deloitte clients. Since the opening of the first DU in Westlake, Texas in 2011, we have launched additional facilities in six locations around the world, and in 2026 we completed a significant expansion of our original Westlake facility, adding approximately 600,000 square feet of campus.
Creating pathways to progress
Through Deloitte’s Societal Innovation strategy, we are bringing together people and technology to create pathways to progress—empowering talent to transform potential into future-ready skills, equipping the social sector with the capabilities to better reach communities, and convening ecosystems to scale solutions that benefit society. Across these three pathways, we are advancing Deloitte’s worldwide commitment to invest more than US$3 billion in societal impact initiatives by 2032.
