Vrushang Sheth

Vrushang is a Partner in the Transfer Pricing team of Deloitte Southeast Asia co-based in Malaysia and the Philippines. He has more than 13 years’ experience in dealing with some of the world’s largest multinational corporations. Vrushang has extensive transfer pricing experience in diverse industries ranging from consumer to real estate to various types of services (including telecommunications). A prime interest lies in financial service companies and financing transactions within multinational enterprises.

Vrushang has assisted clients in setting up and implementing their transfer pricing policies in addition to preparing transfer pricing documentation. He also has extensive experience in transfer pricing litigation and supporting clients with tax audit defence. His recent assignments have involved regional documentation for some of the major players in prominent business sectors, as well as preparing transfer pricing documentation for various Malaysian conglomerates.

Vrushang is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai (India).
