Shelly is a managing director at Deloitte’s Government and Public Services sector, where she leads the multimillion-dollar Digital Contact Center practice. She brings more than 20 years of experience as a technology transformation leader and more than 15 years focused on the state, local, and higher education industries. Her work includes the implementation of large statewide applications, business process reengineering efforts, contact center implementations, and human-centered design. Shelly heads the Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) leadership team for the Deloitte Consulting New York account. She volunteers at various Texas charities and child advocacy groups and in her free time, she enjoys running, cycling, yoga and playing with her kids.
