Stephen is a Tax Partner who leads Deloitte UK’s Financial Services Business Tax group.
Over a career spanning 30 years, Stephen has advised a number of multinational corporate and financial institutions on the taxation of international finance & treasury and transfer pricing matters. He also has tax audit, direct tax litigation and APA experience in these areas.
Stephen’s Financial Services sector clients include companies across Banking & Capital Markets, Fin Tech, Insurance and Asset management. He is the Deloitte Global Lead for Banking Transfer Pricing.
Stephen is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a full member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
