Simon Gisby is a Managing Director in the M&A and the Life Sciences & Health Care practices at Deloitte and is the Future of Health global leader for Deloitte US Risk & Financial Advisory practice. He has experience in all aspects of life sciences and health care M&A strategy and execution, joint ventures, and partnerships. His clients include global pharmaceutical and medical device companies, health plans, health systems, and health care information technology companies. He has been awarded the M&A Advisor Healthcare Deal of the Year Award and Healthcare Restructuring Deal of the Year Award, is a frequent presenter on health care M&A and the future of health, and has contributed to numerous articles on M&A and health care. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a graduate of Oxford University.
