Russell Banham is the CIS Energy & Resources Leader. From 2007 - 2011 Russell successfully led Deloitte’s Audit practice in the Caspian region. In addition to his leadership roles, Russell acts as Engagement Partner and Quality Assurance Partner on a number of our large extractive industry audit clients.
