Richard is a Sales Executive for Deloitte’s Workday Healthcare practice, and is responsible for the sales of Workday services in the healthcare provider and payor industry. He has 25+ years of consulting experience across Health, Education, and Public Sector sectors, focused on ERP and Cloud ERP platform transformations. Richard joined the Workday ecosystem in 2011 as a consulting sales leader and solution architect. He has been both a client and implementer of Workday, as well as helping to build Workday practices at two firms prior to Deloitte. He has maintained Workday Certifications as an Engagement Manager and in Human Capital Management since 2012 (WD14). His Workday experience includes Phase 0 (e.g., strategy, assessment, selection), Phase 1 (e.g., core implementations), and Phase X (e.g., additional/new functionality, M&A, optimization, transformation) implementations and initiatives.
