Pawel has proven track record of delivering results on successfully completed international IT related engagements. He has served multiple international clients globally in the area of managing post-merger integration of core banking systems, of implementation and integration of packaged banking software, replacing legacy systems or upgrading current solutions. His areas of expertise include strategic IT planning, banking IT architecture definition, large scale transformation projects/programs delivery.
