Paula Mateus

Paula Mateus is the leader of the Energy, Resources & Industrials industry  for Deloitte Portugal. She is also part of the Enterprise Applications area, serving as the Finance Transformation Technology leader.

With nearly three decades of consulting experience, throughout her career she has been responsible for developing solutions in the fields of Enterprise Applications, Business Intelligence/Analytics, and Strategy & Operations.

She has also led several transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on Value Solutions/CFO Services, Enterprise Performance Management, and the design and implementation of core and back-office processes.

She has led projects across various sectors, working with major national economic groups.
