Peter Johns is a Director with 19 years’ experience within transfer pricing, all of which have been with Deloitte UK, and has been a member of Deloitte’s specialist Financial Services Transfer Pricing team since 2011.
Peter has a particular focus on private equity and real estate funds and has been involved in transfer pricing projects for a large number of clients within these sectors, primarily in the areas of management fees and with respect to the use of intra-group loans within the funding structure of acquisitions.
In terms of his academic and professional training, Peter graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BSc Honours degree in Economics and Econometrics during 2002. Peter was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation during 2005 and the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation qualification during 2009.
