Peter is a Partner in the London Restructuring Services team and advises and supports senior management teams through mission critical operational and financial restructuring processes. Peter has a wide range of experience supporting clients to plan and implement financial and operational transformations including work around managing key stakeholders, optimising operating models, commercial diagnostics, short term cash flow forecasting and business planning across a number of industry sectors.
