Patrick Tsang is the CEO of Deloitte China, responsible for leading the Deloitte China which covers the geographies of Mainland China, the Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau. He is also a member of Deloitte’s Global Executive Committee and a Deloitte AP Executive.
Patrick began his career in Hong Kong and moved to Deloitte’s Shanghai office in 1995. With more than 30 years of professional experience and industry expertise in the Greater China region, he has provided various audit and advisory services to the most prominent clients in the marketplace. Under his leadership, Deloitte China is deeply committed to making an impact that matters to our clients, people and society and leads the way in transforming the profession and aspires to become a responsible undisputed leader in professional services in China with multidisciplinary service capabilities and digital DNA for providing clients with the highest quality services.
Patrick is a member of CICPA, ACCA and HKICPA, and was formerly the Chairman of ACCA Steering Committee in Shanghai. Currently, he is Member of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, Member of the Chief Executive of the SAR’s Policy Unit (CEPU) Expert Group – Economic Advancement Expert Group, Member of Steering Committee of the Research, Academic and Industry Sectors One-plus Scheme under the Hong Kong SAR government, Council Member of Beijing Overseas Friendship Association, Director of the Board of China Resources Business School, Vice Chair of the Board of Wuchan Zhongda International School, Senior International Economic Advisor of Shaanxi Provincial Peoples' Government, Executive Director of Hong Kong Beijing Association, Member of Audit Committee of Hong Kong Chronicles Institute Limited and Member of Business Advisory Committee of the Hong Kong Baptist University. He is also the Director of Deloitte Foundation.
Patrick holds a bachelor‘s degree in Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University and an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School. He received the Eighth HKBU Distinguished Alumni Award in 2022. He also completed the Senior Executive Program and other leadership development programs at Harvard Business School.
