Nicolai Andersen

Nicolai Andersen leads Deloitte’s Global Strategy, Risk &Transactions business, overseeing consultative services across Strategy & Transactions and Risk, Regulatory & Forensics.  

An industrial engineer, Nicolai has been working in consulting since 1999 with many companies in Germany and abroad on transformation projects with a focus on new business and operating models. He has previously led the Consulting practice in Germany and Central Europe, and as Chief Innovation Officer for Deloitte EMEA, he led the corporate incubator "Deloitte Garage" and drove Deloitte's digital transformation.

Nicolai is a leading voice on the impact of technological, economic and social developments in organizations. He is passionate about solving societal challenges and creating a human-centered future through education and innovation. He sits on the board of Initiative D21 and #SheTransformsIT, is a trustee of Emergination Africa, and a member of the faculty of Futur/IO and the European Institute of Exponential Technologies and Desirable Futures.
