Mariangela is the Global Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions Leader within Consulting Services. In the market, Mariangela specializes in the design and implementation of operational strategies with a particular focus on the Financial Services Industry. She is an experienced leader aiming to reshape the Retail Banking Operating Model through the introduction of new tech solutions and a flexible way of working and collaborating with other service to foster innovation and deliver E2E transformation. Mariangela is also in charge of developing the Future of Operations offering in Italy. She is the deputy leader of the Operating Model Transformation – Commercial Banking Community within the Italian Operations Transformation practice.
