Her expertise encompasses the orchestration of strategic global business development initiatives, the optimization of business operations and processes, and the oversight of fiscal responsibilities to ensure sustainable long-term revenue growth. Melanie excels in various areas, including project design, planning, budgeting, financial analysis, and the successful implementation of initiatives, all within the context of Big 4 consulting organizations, both at domestic and international levels.
