Michael is a Principal in Deloitte’s Smart Manufacturing practice and has over 20 years of experience serving industrial products companies. He leads large scale, shop-floor-based, digital transformations that combine both functional and technical competencies in the realm of Industry 4.0. Examples of Michael’s work include architecting and deploying a cloud-based production control application for a commercial aerospace manufacturer that achieved 10-15% throughput increase and designing and implementing an assembly line constraint resolution command center for a defense prime that reduced mean time to constraint resolution by 26%. Michael launched the initial concept for The Smart Factory by Deloitte which is an 60,000 square foot immersive experience showcasing the latest smart factory technologies. Michael holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and B.B.A. in Economics & B.S. in Chemistry Business from Wichita State University.
