Michele M. Hansen

Michele is the chief product officer, Audit & Assurance, Deloitte & Touche LLP and is managing director, Audit & Assurance at Deloitte Global.

In Michele’s role as chief product officer at Deloitte & Touche LLP she has led the vision and development of multiple platforms and applications, including Omnia, Deloitte Connect, Digital Confirmation, Asset Count and Scribe.

In Michele’s role as managing director at Deloitte Global, she has delivered intuitive solutions to the global audit practice that streamlines workflow and enhances collaboration.

With over 25 years of client service experience focused on serving insurance, financial services and healthcare clients, as well as significant experience in US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and public company audits, she has a keen understanding of the challenges the audit profession faces as it seeks to transform audit delivery.

Michele holds a master’s of accountancy from Brigham Young University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and Professional Scrum Foundations.
