Based in the US, Michelle has over 25 years of experience in helping clients to design, launch and operate talent mobility programs that are operationally efficient and enhance employee experience. She has authored several thought-pieces on the future of talent mobility.
Michelle has a bachelor of science from University of Pittsburgh, a master of business administration from Columbia Business School, and is certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
