Mark has over 20 years of experience consulting in the field of employee equity compensation, advising multinational clients on all aspects of remuneration including plan design, communications strategies, tax and regulatory compliance, tax minimization strategies, and operational excellence. Mark is also a former board member for the Global Equity Organization.
