Mark Ainley is a senior manager in our Deloitte US tax practice and specializes in advising global private equity and credit fund managers from their day-to-day operations to key strategic events–including firm, fund, and transaction structuring.
Mark joined Deloitte in 2017 and has worked in both our London and New York offices with a range of European and US headquartered fund managers.
Mark is ATT, CTA, and ACA qualified.
