With two decades of experience, he has provided a wide array of risk advisory, internal controls, and assurance services to both Finnish and international clients across various industries.

He has developed deep expertise in guiding senior leadership of global organizations to address strategic, operational, regulatory, financial, and cyber risks with practical solutions. Lasse has also overseen numerous assurance projects. His greatest strengths lie in consistently identifying opportunities to enhance business value through effective risk management and in motivating his colleagues to achieve their best.
