Kristen Anderson

Kristen Anderson is a seasoned M&A Advisory partner at Deloitte United States, specializing in services to one of Deloitte US’s top private equity accounts and its related portfolio companies. With over a decade in the M&A group, she leads multi-national teams in executing M&A transactions, including transaction structures, financial due diligence, investment modeling reviews, and strategic advice on purchase and financing agreements.

As the global Women in Private Equity leader, Kristen is also dedicated to promoting the growth and development of women in the private equity marketplace. She holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.

Kristen lives in New Jersey with her husband and three daughters. Kristen loves to ski (and teaching her kids to ski) and taking on creative home remodeling projects.
