He has more than 10 years of consulting experience in Merger and Acquisitions, Digital Banking Solutions, Operations Integration and Transformation, Program Management, and Infrastructure consulting. He has successfully advised and implemented many programs for several top 20 banks across core banking platform replacement (deposit and loan), commercial loan origination system replacement, loan operations remediation, specialty lending operations remediation, M&A driven consolidation of banking operations organizations, and developing digital banks.
Kevin has his BS from Bradley University and his MBA from DePaul University.
