Kate Shepard is a consultant in Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice. She began her career in direct service and has worked in refugee resettlement, homeless services, education, and advocacy. She completed her MBA and MSW at The University of Maryland and is licensed as a social worker in Maryland. She’s passionate about the intersections of social justice, psychology, and business in developing high-functioning and human centered systems across the private and public sectors.
