Karen is Deloitte’s Global Human Capital Practice leader and is passionate about creating a positive impact for our clients, our teams, and our society, by leveraging the power of data, technology, and human potential, to make work better for humans and humans better at work.
With over 20 years of experience in human capital consulting, Karen works with organizations globally, across industries, to define the future of work, enabling them to confidently navigate new landscapes to create adaptive and future-ready organizations. She focuses on how the work our organizations do needs to change, as well as the skills, capabilities and ways of working so they remain competitive and nimble in an ever-changing marketplace.
Karen has felt privileged to have worked with many amazing Deloitte teams over the years – including HC in the UK and Canada, leading the Canadian FSI Consulting team and as Global LCP for two global crown jewel clients – where she has been relentlessly focused on driving marketplace growth. Building on her extensive Human Capital experience, Karen is also a global thought leader on the topic of work itself given the rapid evolution of technology and AI.
Karen leads the Global Human Capital Executive Team and is a member of the Global Consulting Offerings and Assets Leadership Team.
