Juan Pérez de Ayala is a member of the Deloitte Spain Executive Committee, the Chief Growth Officer for Deloitte Spain, and leads their firm’s Financial Services industry practice. He also serves on the Deloitte EMEA Growth Executive Committee, the Deloitte Global Growth Council, and the Deloitte Global Financial Services Council. In addition, he is one of the founding partners of Monitor Deloitte in Spain.
Since beginning his career with Deloitte Spain in 1994, Juan has advised senior executives across many of the leading financial institutions in the Spanish banking sector and is recognized as a strategic advisor to banking CEOs. He has worked with clients on highly strategic and complex transformation projects, including strategic planning, business restructuring, competitive differentiation, profitability improvement, entry into new business areas, and international expansion.
