In this role, he drives the strategic growth of Deloitte Brazil's cyber practice, expanding its reach across mission-critical and highly regulated sectors while delivering a robust ecosystem of security capabilities to a diverse portfolio of local and global clients.
Neto leads organizations through transformative Cyber Resilience programs, helping executive teams and boards strengthen their preparedness to detect, respond to, and recover from cyber breaches. His work spans the full spectrum of information security — from optimizing security architecture and governance frameworks to enabling operational efficiency at scale — consistently translating complex technical challenges into strategic business outcomes.
Throughout his career, Neto has built and led high-performance, specialized teams across the most critical disciplines in the field, including Cybersecurity Strategy, Architecture, and Engineering, Governance, Risk, and Compliance, Cyber Resilience, Incident Response and Crisis Management, Cloud Security, Data Privacy, and Data Security. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a specialization in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.
