Johanna serves as the Deloitte Global Risk Advisory Growth Leader with responsibility for driving sales at the firm's most strategic clients, through advancement of GLBP training, account labs, industry & sector communities, market insights, pursuit support and GLBP performance management. In her 23-year career with Deloitte, Johanna has held several global leadership roles focused on account growth. She first joined the Global RA leadership team to develop and launch the Crisis Management offering globally. She subsequently established and led the Global RA Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCoE), which has since supported over USD$1B in global deals. As Sales Office leader, she integrated sales and marketing capabilities to broaden support for our client leaders, before joining the Growth team in her most recent role as our Client & Sales Excellence leader.
Johanna joined Deloitte in the US in 2000 serving manufacturing and energy clients. She joined Deloitte Global Audit in 2009 and held a number of roles focused on business transformation including US Risk Services Learning Leader, Deloitte Audit Learning Leader, and Deloitte Audit Deployment Lead.
