Jon has 10+ years experience in assessing, designing, implementing and operating IT functions. He is a Service Management expert and his knowledge spans the people, process, partners and technology challenges required to deliver successful IT transformation. The application of his expertise is delivered across industries having worked in  the Public Sector, Financial Services, Consumer Business, Life Sciences and Telecommunications markets. He brings international experience to his approach having operated in the UK, Europe, USA, UAE and Australia throughout his professional career with Deloitte. Jon is part of the Deloitte Global Leadership Team for Service Management and also leads the Deloitte UK ServiceNow capability which supports clients to design, implement and operate ServiceNow.
