Jacob leads our Capital Markets Cost Transformation team in the UK and is also the Product Owner for CDT. With over 10 years of experience serving our largest Banking and Capital Markets clients, Jacob has extensive experience in supporting our clients to address their cost challenges and design and deliver achievable and sustainable cost reduction programs.
He has supported several clients to complete detailed analyses of their full cost base to identify opportunities to consistently reduce costs by 15% - 20%. Following these initial diagnostics, Jacob has worked with clients to deliver the identified opportunities and embed enhanced cost management capabilities into their ongoing budgeting and planning processes to drive sustainable cost reduction and mitigate the potential for costs to reappear later.
As we move into an Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled era, Jacob is now increasingly working with clients to identify how to scale AI to drive the savings identify and embed AI based solutions to manage costs on an ongoing basis.
