Iain is a principal in Deloitte’s Tax Management Consulting practice and serves as the offering leader for the Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) and Legal Business Services (LBS) practices. With over 25 years of experience, Iain specializes in delivering innovative tax, regulatory, and legal technology solutions to clients across a variety of industries.
Iain has a strong tax technical background in both sales taxes and VAT and is a recognized expert in global tax technology and transformation implementations. He has played a lead role in some of Deloitte’s largest technology implementation projects and has successfully delivered complex solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. As a member of Deloitte’s Global e-Invoicing Strategic Committee, Iain focuses on developing market responses to real-time reporting and governmental mandates.
Having lived and worked in the UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada, and the US, Iain brings a global perspective to addressing tax challenges. In addition to his client work, he is a frequent keynote speaker at major industry and client conferences, sharing insights and fostering collaboration within the tax and technology community.
