After working for international strategy consulting firms, Hans joined the M&A consulting team at Deloitte in 2017.The primary focus of his work is advising companies along the entire M&A lifecycle. He is an expert in M&A strategy, integration, separation, target operating model design, synergies and benchmarking. Hans has extensive experience in managing transaction processes, both on the buy and sell side as well as in joint ventures. Hans also heads the M&A Consulting Talent Group and is responsible for Deloitte Consulting's private equity sector in Germany.
