Harshad Narvenkar

He brings over two decades of experience across business technology consulting focused on large scale systems integrations, business process transformation and IT transformation for clients across healthcare. In addition to this, he brings in extensive AI, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Analytics experience that connects business problems to next generation solutions. 

Over the last few years, Harshad has been focused on driving significant business outcomes for his clients through cost impacting solutions. He has worked with clients of all sizes, taking them through their transformation journeys starting with outsourcing and right-shoring, all the way through end-to-end transformations for business and IT functions using AI and Gen AI. Harshad’s background in healthcare business operations serves him well in connecting member and patient problems to issues in underlying platforms, and in bringing forth solutions that address these business process and IT gaps that exist at the core of these issues. 

Harshad holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelors in Engineering from Mumbai University. He is based in the Dallas area.
