Heike is the Dean of Deloitte University EMEA in Paris. She is responsible for crafting Deloitte EMEA's vision for professional and leadership development and delivering a world-class curriculum in DU’s facility near Paris, Marne-La-Vallee. Her responsibilities include overseeing our future-capability-curriculum for all levels, leader-led and external faculty, driving innovations in leadership development, and fostering community building among internal stakeholder groups and external partners.
Heike’s purview encompasses all Deloitte EMEA member firms, serving approximately 130,000 employees and leaders and engaging 25,000 participants annually.
