Tina has more than 20 years of experience leading Business Transformation initiatives focused on workforce strategies, organization design, talent management, leadership development, change management and executive lab design and facilitation.
Tina’s consulting engagements include a variety of projects such as workforce transformation, mergers and acquisitions, technology adoption, and organization restructuring in HR and Finance. Tina is a certified Greenhouse Lab facilitator and has conducted numerous Executive Transition, Business Chemistry, Culture, Operating Model and Talent Labs.
Tina currently is our COVID-19 Re-entry Market Offering Leader and serves as the Lead Human Capital Partner for a number of our premier financial services clients. In addition to client service, Tina is currently the Chief Talent Officer for our National Insurance practice.
Tina has held multiple leadership roles: Human Capital Finance Transformation Practice Leader, National HC WIN leader. She is a frequent external speaker on the topic of COVID-19 Re-entry and the Future of Work, and has authored thought ware on people strategies in the financial services industry.
